Jim Rapp
Jim Rapp is a partner in the law firm Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchelll LLP. He has served as legal counsel for JWCC since shortly after it was established in 1974. Mr. Rapp is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and a member of the Bar of Illinois, Missouri, and the District of Columbia.

Jil Tracy is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. She was elected to the Illinois State Legislature in 2006, where she served until 2014. She also served as Illinois Assistant Attorney General and Director of the West Central Office, Mount Sterling City Attorney, and had a private law practice.
